This meal plan is not designed solely for a vegetarian diet, however you will find that many of the recipes are naturally vegetarian friendly or can easily be modified to make them vegetarian friendly by swapping ingredients for your preferences. If you are looking for recipes with specific notes on how to make them vegetarian friendly, I suggest the 30 30 in 30 Challenge meal plan and recipes instead linked here.



This meal plan does include a link to an online calorie calculator to help you calculate your estimated calorie needs to use alongside the recipes and meal plan.
