Hannah Ryba is a Registered Dietitian living in Grand Rapids, Michigan who’s been with Team TSN for over 2 years helping our 90 Day Fit Babe Body Coaching clients break the all or nothing diet mentality inside our coaching programs, and ultimately achieve long term success with sustainable habits that feel easy to stick to.

Hannah is a huge asset to the coaching Team here at TSN due to her unique and talented experiences she’s had prior to joining our staff working with women who struggle with their mental health around food and their weight. Hannah works with many TSN clients who need support on how to change their fad dieting mindset to infuse more balance and sustainability into their approach with food.

While Hannah is a Dietitian during the week, you can also catch her out enjoying food with friends and her fiance or even attending a concert or at the bar, too. She practices what she preaches and her real life balance with food makes her uniquely equipped to help you learn this balance, too.

Kyndall is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Sports Nutrition who’s been with Team TSN for over 3 years serving many of our members inside the Hot & Healthy Membership in addition to coaching our clients inside of 90 Day Fit Babe Body. Originally from South Florida, Kyndall is now based in San Diego, California and specializes in helping both female athletes and women who live active lifestyles achieve their health and fitness goals, in a realistic way.

Kyndall enjoys helping her clients understand the WHY behind their food choices and swaps, and watching that light bulb moment of excitement when they finally start to see progress.

Fun fact: Kyndall and Lauren went to college together and were in the same sorority! When she’s not busy working from home and going to Orangetheory, she enjoys taking her 2 dogs to the beach, and a skinny margarita. Kyndall is pumped to be on the team to help you feel your raddest, most confident self!

Liz is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology who also holds the title and certification of being a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, specializing in performance nutrition.

Liz currently lives in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and spends some of her time working with the local military population as a Sports Dietitian alongside coaching clients and leading calls inside of the 90 Day Fit Babe Body and the Hot & Healthy Membership.

As a former athlete who went through her own food and body struggles, Liz understands how difficult it can be to balance knowing what to do with maintaining a healthy relationship to food and your body, at the same time. From these experiences, Liz has a unique passion for helping clients achieve their health, weight, and performance goals through balanced and sustainable nutrition changes. Outside of her career as a dietitian, Liz enjoys running, spending time at the beach, and enjoying new restaurants!
