Like a lot of women, Camille did everything from fad diets like intermittent fasting and juicing to even trying to do Orangetheory workouts as much as possible, only to find no real progress or results. Today, she opens up about the simple changes she made to her diet that changed the trajectory of her entire weight loss journey, how she incorporated more protein into her plant-based diet increasing her energy, mood and productivity – and as a teacher how she better navigates the food environment in schools to confidently determine what food is worth it and what isn’t. Plus, she’s spilling the beans on how she almost gave up her wedding weight loss goals and her best advice on staying motivated to achieve your wedding weight loss goals without it being a frustrating process.
