After gaining 20 pounds my freshman year of college, I had that moment that enough was enough. Unfortunately for me I did all the wrong things before pursuing both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nutrition. It was then I realized us women were being fed literal BS diet advice and I knew I needed to change the way women diet... and bring it back to the actual science.

Most clients wants to start right away, which is why right when you enroll your 90 days (14 weeks) of coaching begins! The first week will be your onboarding week where we will complete your initial onboarding call where you get your personalized game plan. Then the following 13 weeks will be coaching! If you'd prefer to push off your start date due to upcoming travel plans, work schedule conflicts or a medical procedure, we are also happy to plan your start date so it fits best with your schedule. Just be sure to indicate when you want to start in the question on the application and we will plan the start date that works best for you.
If you are looking for a program that is going to give you the highest level of personalization, this is the coaching program I'd recommend to you due to how customized it is to your goals and lifestyle.
The goal when you join this coaching program is to set you up with a plan that is personalized to your body and goals so that you can see the results you want to see, alongside ensuring that it realistically fits your day to day lifestyle so you can actually stick to it.
One of the very first things you'll do when you sign up is hop on an initial onboarding call with a Team TSN Dietitian to get you onboarded into the program and set up with your custom plan. We will review your goals, current eating habits and give you a comprehensive (yet simple) nutrition game plan based on what needs to shift in your diet to see progress and what struggles are currently holding you back. This game plan includes a full understanding of your body's nutritional needs (like calories and macros) alongside specific recommendations to help you meal plan and make hitting your targets easy, day to day.
Once you get this plan, you'll use a personalized progress tracker that our coaches have access to for accountability and support. Each week we will review your progress and food choices, and give you personalized feedback based on how you are progressing in the program, offering tweaks to your plan, adjustments to your portions and suggestions on your choices to achieve your goals.
If you want hands on support towards your goals, you've come to the right place. With how coaching is set up, you get to choose how much or little support you'd like to receive.
After you get your initial game plan, you will be able to attend coaching calls we offer every single week in the program based on how much support and guidance you feel like you need. You'll be checking in with us every single week for accountability to ensure you are progressing as you should towards your goals, and each week we'll offer suggestions or reinforcement based on your progress. Lastly, every day you get access to our private coaching area for any questions that come up for you such as what to order at a restaurant or suggestions on how to meal plan properly for the upcoming week.
We customize our support and feedback to each client in the program based on the support they require. If you need help meal planning, looking at restaurant menus or chatting through a mindset roadblock that's really holding you back - we are here to provide that support to you throughout your entire experience.
We know much of a game changer accountability can be to sticking to your plan, so inside of 90 Day Fit Babe Body, our first priority is to create your custom nutrition plan specific to your exact needs and goals. Once you have your plan, you’ll check in with us every week to let us know how you’re doing so we can support you, cheer you on, answer any questions, and adjust your plan as needed. You’ll also be invited to join us every week for coaching calls! On these group calls, you’ll get individual time to be coached so that we can work through any barriers that come up. This is where Lauren or our Dietitians can literally look at what you’re eating to give you feedback! Lastly, you’ll have access to our private community, where our coaches answer questions 5 days a week!
If you need more support after 90 days and are not ready to go off on your own, we have a variety of continuation options that are offered with exclusive pricing for our clients to ensure you are receiving continued support!
Many clients sign up for another round until they reach their goal weight or feeling confident in going off on their own. For clients who do continue, we do offer a continuation client rate for coaching so we can continue to support you.
For other clients, if you no longer require direct coaching support but do want to remain part of the TSN community - we offer exclusive former client pricing for the Hot & Healthy Membership.
