We do not accept insurance for any of our services. However, because Lauren is a licensed Registered Dietitian and all our coaches are also licensed Registered Dietitians as well – we do have the ability to write "superbills” for you to get covered through your insurance provider. What this means is you could submit a superbill to your insurance if they cover counseling with a Registered Dietitian, and get reimbursed!
Will insurance cover coaching?
After you officially enroll in coaching, you will set up your onboarding call with your Dietitian Coach. On that call, you’ll have a one hour session over Zoom where your coach will get to know you, your specific needs, and your goals. After your call she’ll send you your own personalized game plan. Over the course of the program you’ll have 1:1 calls with your coach, monthly 1:1 coaching with Lauren on the walkie talkie app Voxer along with access to our Circle Community where you can ask questions, attend monthly group calls, check in, and have access to tons of valuable resources.
What happens after I sign up for coaching?
Yes! After your onboarding call with your coach, she’ll develop a personalized game plan for you based on your needs and goals which includes setting up personalized calorie and macro targets, giving you guidance on what to tweak in your current diet to hit these targets alongside any other diet planning that we see fit for your goals. You’ll also have access to our Circle Community where you’ll find loads of yummy recipes and have full access to all of Lauren’s meal plans, recipes and guides.
Are there meal plans provided in this coaching program?
We offer a 1:1 Game Plan Consultation here. The consultation includes a one time, 1 hour private Zoom session with a TSN Dietitian where they will review your current diet and food choices (like what you eat and how you exercise right now) and help craft a custom plan personalized to your body including your calories, macros, what you should be eating, how you should be exercising and anything else that we know is important for you to understand to get to your goals. After the consultation, you will also receive a comprehensive plan that is emailed to you so you know exactly what you should be doing.
I am interested in signing up for coaching, but this is a little outside of my budget. Do you offer discounts for coaching or other options for 1:1 support that are less than $3,000?
Yes, we have a payment plan available where you can make 4 monthly payments of $897. We also offer Afterpay and Klarna as payment options with payments starting as low as $260 per month on approved credit (must live in the US).
