Are you afraid to snack because you don’t want to eat too many calories, or maybe you’re not sure exactly what you should be eating!?
Well… to be honest snacking gets a bad reputation not because it’s bad to do it but because many fit babes make the wrong snack choices.
Instead of going for a big bag of chips from the vending machine every day or eating 1 cup of trail mix because you didn’t measure it (which by the way, is 4 servings and like 700 calories!!) try my low calorie snack hack instead!
This recipe takes literally 1 minute to make and is only 3 ingredients… So no excuses! You can even pair it with crackers or a low cal dip option like cucumbers or carrots for the perfect snack to hold you over between meals.
Just cut up the ingredients, combine, then serve! Oh, and tag me on Instagram at @sorority.nutritionist if you try it!

Thank you, really interesting post, The snack looks delicious! I’ll Definitely try it =) I’ve been using Radish and a lot of avocado on most of my meals for around two years and worked amazing for my diabetes, also to do regular breakfast as my dietitian recommended and the results are amazing , I’m not as hungry as always and my diabetes is much better, I really think consistency is the key, I’ve also been following the plan recommended by http://bit.ly/weighlossUSFTand I9m really happy with the results, I recommend it to anyone who is willing to make a change for the better !

Very interesting this article, I made a diet of green liquids, but I could not make much energy expenditure and then try this http://bit.ly/2UbvJCg and that fat quickly without being weak. One question. Can I take dietary supplements without consulting my doctor?…
