Last year when I posted this recipe on my Instagram, I got such amazing feedback from y’all and wanted to make sure you babes don’t miss out on the recipe again. Per serving you save 350 calories with the low calorie swaps I made in my recipe below.
In addition this dip is filled with lots of protein to ensure you get full quicker from the food to prevent overeating and weight gain.
150 Calorie Buffalo Chicken Dip
Servings: 6
Ingredients:

8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

2 cups part-skim Mozzarella cheese
-
2/3 cup hot sauce
-
1 tbsp spice ranch seasoning

2 cups shredded chicken breast
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Mozarella cheese, hot sauce and ranch seasoning until blended together.

Slowly mix in chicken breast.

Transfer to cast iron skillet.

Put in oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Optional: Broil for 1-3 minutes to get crispy on top!
