Whitney started her journey towards becoming a Chef in New York where she trained not only in the kitchen, but in the classroom with a Dietitian. Now as a chef serving families in California where she lives, we invited her on the show to share her favorite healthy & time saving cooking tips, dish out fat loss recipe inspiration and tell us her best practices to make cooking more enjoyable – even on the days you don’t want to do it.

Plus, in this episode Whitney shares her approach to ‘editing’ recipes to her favorite fun foods to make them healthier for her clients and fit their goals.
