Rodrianna has always been confident and loved herself, but as an entrepreneur in the health and fitness space – she reached a pivotal moment where she realized she couldn’t “out-run” or rather “out-fitness” her diet any longer. It wasn’t working, and she was ready to change.
We candidly talk about how extra frustrating it can be when you already eat fairly healthy yet still aren’t seeing progress, what changes she has specifically made to her diet since she began her journey working together, how she has been able to fall in love with this process and her new lifestyle, and most importantly… how she was able to stop obsessing over her weight and instead put in the WORK to change her weight.
