Episode 136: Healthy Fast Food I’d Eat as a Dietitian

Here are healthy fast food options that I would eat as a Dietitian at places such as Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Sweetgreen and Chipotle.

Whether you are traveling and are tight on time OR there aren’t a lot of food options near you, one day or another you WILL be faced with a food dilemma: You either go to a fast food restaurant OR you just don’t eat.

While as a Registered Dietitian I do eat many if not most of my meals at home, I’m not going to lie – I love not cooking and a good ole french fry… which is why today’s episode I wanted to share literally what I would eat (and what I typically avoid) when going to fast food restaurants so it can help YOU on your weight loss journey!

In this episode, I give you the examples of drive through and fast casual food restaurants I would eat at, literally what I would order and even share the places I typically avoid, and why.
