On today’s episode, I am sitting down solo to answer a question submitted by one of our amazing listeners named Steph regarding when you should stop tracking your calories, and how to go about it.
By the end of today’s episode you can expect to learn the signs that indicate you may be ready to cut back or remove tracking your food from your daily routine, situations in which I would highly advise re-evaluating your relationship to food logging and how to find the balance between using food logging as an educational tool while also knowing when and how to trust your own instincts.
Tracking is a great way to learn about what you’re eating and hold yourself accountable, however you shouldn’t feel required to track your calories for the rest of your life. My goal in this episode is to help you make empowered choices and maintain healthy habits without the numbers.
