This week Lauren is joined by Laurel, a social fit babe who was looking to stay balanced while wining and dining clients for work!

Laurel is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves a good wine and cheese night. As a traveling saleswoman, Laurel needed a diet program that fit her on-the-go lifestyle. She learned how to keep track of calories when going out so she can enjoy life and feel confident. Laurel also didn’t let the pandemic get in her way and used her time in quarantine to master meal prepping and portion control.

Now she’s down 20 pounds and still enjoying those charcuterie boards!
