Amanda also gets raw and real about weight gain and weight fluctuations, how she started to focus more on how she felt versus the number on the scale and most importantly – how she stopped constantly rewarding herself for doing the bare minimum for her health and diet. She breaks down the exact moment when she realized that she was just working towards the end result on the scale and instead of how to MAINTAIN that end result, and why she needed to stop complaining to actually make a meaningful change.
