A 2 week challenge inspired by my own personal postpartum weight loss journey as a newly busy parent. We designed this challenge to help you eat out LESS and lose MORE weight by committing to eating quick, wholesome, high protein meals for dinner. The first thing my husband Josh and I cleaned up in our approach was how much we were ordering takeout for dinner.

This is where Dinners By Daddy was born. When Josh got in the kitchen and started committing to making us these wholesome, high protein and ingredient conscious meals to help me lose weight, the rest was history. And now we’re here to help you!
