Hannah is the lead Registered Dietitian on Team TSN, providing expert guidance and leadership to our clients and entire coaching staff. Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their nutrition goals through her evidence-based strategies and personal love of food. As a passionate foodie and wellness enthusiast, she enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up Michigan’s summers at the beach, and staying active through pickleball and beach volleyball leagues. Outside of work, Hannah loves finding new trails to conquer with her dog, Luna, experimenting with new recipes with veggies from her garden, and traveling with her husband – whether it’s a spontaneous Michigan weekend getaway or a last-minute flight to explore a new city.
Hannah’s journey into nutrition began with a background in behavioral health, where she discovered her calling to help women reshape their thoughts, break through the fad dieting mindset, and develop a positive relationship with food. She believes that anyone can have the best of both worlds by accomplishing weight loss and having a great relationship with food. Having navigated her own food challenges in college, she understands the power of balance and knows that sustainable habits can unlock a new sense of freedom and confidence. Specializing in mindset work and habit formation, Hannah empowers her clients to find food freedom, supporting them in achieving their goals without sacrificing the joy of eating or their lifestyle.
For the past three years, Hannah has been a dedicated coach to TSN, primarily working with our 90 Day Fit Babe Body clients. Alongside her dietitian degree, Hannah is certified in coaching, and she provides one-on-one nutrition counseling and leads support calls, guiding women on their weight loss journeys to achieve an appreciation for nutrition and lasting success with their body recomposition goals.
