Every year when I post this recipe on my Instagram, I always hear how much you love it and end up eating multiple servings even days after your Super Bowl party!
This dip is calorie conscious, filled with lots of protein to ensure you get full quicker from the food to prevent overeating and weight gain… and pairs perfect with veggies for your Super Bowl shenanigans.
150 Calorie Buffalo Chicken Dip
Servings: 10
Ingredients:

2 cups skinless cooked chicken breast

1.5 cups low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese

1 cup 0% nonfat plain greek yogurt (I prefer Fage yogurt)

4 ounces Neufchatel cheese (1/2 package)
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Mozarella cheese, hot sauce and ranch seasoning until blended together.

Slowly mix in chicken breast.

Transfer to cast iron skillet.

Put in oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Optional: Broil for 1-3 minutes to get crispy on top!
