She holds her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University, her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Boston University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Walden Eating Disorders Female Athlete Outpatient Program.

Alongside her rich background in nutrition, body composition and relationship to food – Lauren has always attributed her success to being able to relate to the clients she serves. Through her own experiences of dieting in college and harming her metabolic health, Lauren knows just how important it is to inspire lasting transformations that enhance both your physical and mental well-being.
