What happens after I sign up for the program?
Your subscription and access into the Membership initiates right when you purchase, that way you don’t have to wait to get started.
When does the Membership start?
Yes, you can join this program if you are postpartum and/or breastfeeding. We help you personalize your weight loss calorie needs to your body with support from the TSN Dietitian team to accommodate for your increased nutritional needs when breastfeeding, which is very important for your milk supply. That said, we typically encourage women to wait until they are at least 2-3 months postpartum to join the program - that way they give their body enough time to heal before jumping into the physical and mental demands of a weight loss journey.
Can I do this program if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, you can absolutely do our program and find value in our resources if you have these specific dietary preferences and/or restrictions. You will find many of our recipes, meal plans and snack guides are either naturally vegetarian, dairy free or gluten free or if not - they will come with specific alternatives to modify these recipes to make them fit these preferences. The goal of the Membership is to teach you how to eat properly to lose fat and fuel your metabolism, meaning whatever foods you enjoy eating or are “allowed” to eat can easily fit into the plan.
Can I do this program if I have dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, dairy free or gluten free?
If you already have purchased one of our meal plans or recipe guides from our shop page, you are already well on your way to weight loss success! If you are wanting more support and direct guidelines to follow to lose weight, the Membership would be the next program I would recommend for you. The Hot & Healthy Membership comes with support in our community area alongside direct guidelines on what to do, with step-by-step videos and resources to guide your journey. As Dietitians, we know that menopause can pose a challenge to losing weight, and unfortunately there aren’t many resources for women who struggle with losing weight as they age in general. That is why we love this program because at its core, the Hot & Healthy Membership is about learning your body’s unique metabolism and how to boost it and support it naturally. This program has helped many women in all stages of menopause (perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal) to successfully lose weight. What if I’m going through menopause?
Yes! Inside the Membership there are step-by-step tutorials on how to set up your calories and the Team TSN Dietitians are inside the community area Monday through Friday to help you approve your calorie range… and even help with adjustments!
And in addition to the personalized calorie budget - the Hot, Healthy, Never Hungry method also focuses on what you eat. The program focuses on building balanced meals in addition to setting up your macros accurately in MyFitnessPal - especially protein! That said, this program is not a "macro-tracking focused" program although we do educate on macro-awareness.

You’re in great company because as a Dietitian and busy mom, I also don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen to fuel me and my family. This is why the Membership was designed for women who are busy and need a simple, sustainable and straightforward approach to eating to achieve results. You do NOT need to be a great cook to lose weight and create our recipes. While putting forth time, energy and effort into your weight loss journey is a must - the truth is you can get a lot done with 15-20 minutes to cook dinner, too!
