You do not need to track your calories and/or macros to do this challenge or see benefit from it. While calories are important if your goal is weight loss, the goal of this challenge is to focus on simplifying your diet to see more results by eating more of the metabolism-boosting foods required to lose fat.
Not a problem! Each recipe includes suggestions for how to modify the recipe and ingredients to make it vegetarian-friendly and/or gluten free if those are dietary concerns for you. In addition we have a vegetarian-specific protein cheatsheet alongside a gluten-free specific fiber mix and match cheatsheet as part of the challenge deliverables.
