After gaining 20 pounds my freshman year of college, I had that moment that enough was enough. Unfortunately for me I did all the wrong things before pursuing both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nutrition. It was then I realized us women were being fed literal BS diet advice and I knew I needed to change the way women diet... and bring it back to the actual science.
I could go on for days sharing how the secret to how I help women transform their bodies, heal their relationship to food and finally break the cycle of dieting self sabotage is by learning that calories are like money - but instead I want to show you. After you officially enroll in coaching, you will set up your onboarding call with your Dietitian Coach. On that call, you’ll have a one hour session over Zoom where your coach will get to know you, your specific needs, and your goals. After your call she’ll send you your own personalized game plan. Over the course of the program you’ll have 1:1 calls with your coach, monthly 1:1 coaching with Lauren on the walkie talkie app Voxer along with access to our Circle Community where you can ask questions, attend monthly group calls, check in, and have access to tons of valuable resources.
Yes! After your onboarding call with your coach, she’ll develop a personalized game plan for you based on your needs and goals which includes setting up personalized calorie and macro targets, giving you guidance on what to tweak in your current diet to hit these targets alongside any other diet planning that we see fit for your goals. You’ll also have access to our Circle Community where you’ll find loads of yummy recipes and have full access to all of Lauren’s meal plans, recipes and guides.
Yes, we have a payment plan available where you can make 4 monthly payments of $897. We also offer Afterpay and Klarna as payment options with payments starting as low as $260 per month on approved credit (must live in the US).
Yes, if you are wanting a full Team of Dietitians supporting you alongside the opportunity to work with Lauren 1:1 - this is the only program we offer that provides this.
Great question! You’ll be paired with one dedicated dietitian coach as soon as you start the program. They’ll conduct all of your 1:1 calls and check in with you every single week. Your coach’s role is to oversee your progress every week, helping you to get the best results and making adjustments to your plan/action as needed.
The other huge benefit of this program is that you’re actually getting our entire team of weight loss dietitians collaboratively coaching you every step of the way, taking the stress and confusion out of you having to figure out what to do yourself. Our top priority and focus in this program is getting you results and every single coach on our team works together to make sure you have the support and clarity to do just that! While of course you are welcome to ask Lauren questions directly, 1:1 Voxer coaching is where Lauren will lead you! How she’ll coach you is completely custom based on your progress and what she’s seeing you need, so this might look like her diving into your food log to help you take your nutrition to the next level, creating a meal plan for you, elevating your mindset to help you stay consistent or unlearn “all or nothing” thoughts, looking at restaurant menus to help you plan your date night, etc.
