How fast will I see results?
This meal plan is designed to help you lose weight and get your diet on track. Typically my clients lose 0.5-2 pounds per week following these types of recipes. That being said, every fit babe loses weight at a different rate depending on their diet, body shape, exercise, and eating habits. Of course results are not overnight (there is no such thing), so it’s important to stick with it and focus on how you feel while implementing these meals.
