Before working with Lauren, I had tried almost everything to lose weight and basically accepted that it just wasn’t going to happen. I found Lauren and saw that she helped women lose 10-15 pounds in just 3 months. I didn’t really see it happening for me but decided to take a leap of faith and commit. Fast forward three months, I’m down 11 pounds and have the knowledge to continue this progress I’ve made.  Thankful doesn’t even begin to cover it! Lauren is THE BEST and really made sure I understood exactly what I was doing and how to succeed long term. Invest in yourself, you won’t regret it!

If I could sum up my experience working with Lauren in two words, it would “life changing.” Throughout the 3 months Lauren helped to encourage and hold me accountable, while providing SO much education behind nutrition and my relationship with food. I was able to lose 10 pounds (which was my goal)! However, the best part of it has been no longer being reliant upon MyFitnessPal and being able to maintain my weight, which I attribute solely to all the information I learned. But I would say, despite losing the weight, I can say I feel strong, healthy, and confident about my body! I truly believe that this process was worth every penny and would highly encourage anyone who is contemplating it to immediately sign up!

I was very skeptical that I would be able to lose any weight, but over the past 3 months I’ve lost 9 pounds and have lost another 2 pounds since finishing up working with Lauren. I had tried for so long on my own, but nothing worked. Feeling like I had put in a lot of effort in the past, it made me feel bad about myself when I could not lose weight or make any progress. Looking back on what I was doing, now that I know the RIGHT way to do things, I see that I was not making smart or sustainable choices. The things I was doing, the diets I was trying were just making matters worse. I was looking for a quick fix, and not truly willing to make real changes to ultimately reach my goals. I am very happy that this is something that I see that I am able to stick with.

“One day I looked in the mirror and didn’t even recognize myself. I began to look for inspirational people on Instagram and found Lauren. She helped me educate myself on how to properly fuel my body and exercise. At my heaviest I was 199 pounds. I am now 161 pounds, and still losing! I went from a size 14 to a size 6!
